TeamEthero has worked with Chef Ben Kramer from our very first event, Farmers’ Feast, in 2012. Since then, we have done back-alley events, fundraisers and the annual favourite, Table for 1200 More, together. Chef Ben has the most positive attitude in the business and nothing seems impossible to him. He is up for anything!
We are thrilled that Chef Ben has joined our team to create the food experience at the festival. His love of everything local, his strong reputation and relationships in the food industry in Winnipeg, and his brilliance with outdoor kitchens/cooking logistics make him a perfect match to produce a unique approach to festival food options at a first-time event like this.
